Caring for Older Adults

You have arrived at this site because you have concerns about the care, well being and safety of an older adult. You may be an adult child, spouse, relative or friend. You may be a Pastor, Stephens Minister, Parish Nurse or other member of a faith community. Whoever you are and whatever your level of involvement with an older adult, you are a Caregiver, one of more than 35 million in our nation! You are important to the quality of life of an elder and you are most likely trying to find your way through the maze of available services. The Care Management Solutions team at Lutheran Family Services of Colorado not only understands your concerns and needs, but has the professional expertise and experience to help you find solutions. A primary reason for offering our services is a faith-based commitment and desire to serve older adults and their caregivers.

This site not only provides useful information, but allows you to directly access local and national agencies that can help. Here, too, you will find helpful thoughts and insights that provide comfort and support. You can learn about Geriatric Care Management and how it offers you the best solution for obtaining and monitoring services and resources for older adults.
