Thank you for your interest in Lutheran Family Services of Colorado! LFS is a nonprofit, Colorado licensed child placement agency. We have been serving birth and adoptive families since 1948 and are proud to be the first agency to implement and practice open adoption in Colorado. In addition to our domestic adoption program, LFS has offered International adoption direct services since 1995.

LFS provides counseling, education, and support to families and individuals who reside in Colorado and are involved or interested in adoption. Our professional staff is committed to families and children, and our goal is to be of assistance as you make decisions surrounding your adoption plan.
