Lutheran Family Services of Colorado (LFS) has around 125 staff members with new staff people being hired monthly which makes it difficult for staff members to be aware of the variety and far reaching services that the agency offers.
In 1948 LFS started as an adoption placement agency, and now provides 70 distinct services.
