The LFS Refugee and Asylee program provides services, support and encouragement to newcomers as they arrive in the United States.

Prevention Services

A LFS program area that is currently only offered in Northern Colorado. This program encompasses the Parenting Education and Support classes and the Ready or Not? Curriculum that is offered in public school classrooms.

Foster Care

The LFS Foster Care Program provides skilled and caring substitute families for children who cannot live with their birth families for a number of different reasons.

Disaster Response

When a federally declared disaster occurs, LFS represents Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) in organizing and implementing broad-based disaster response efforts designed to minister to the urgent needs of people who are affected.

Care Management Solutions

The Care Management Solutions team serves as an experienced guide and resource for older adult and their caregivers.

Adoption

We have been serving birth and adoptive families since 1948 and are proud to be the first agency to implement and practice open adoption in Colorado.
